I really hate to say this but Joone is the worst e-commerce experience I ever had.
Since we made the payment, we haven't received anything from Joone. No invoice, no order confirmation, no delivery information, no delivery update. Literally nothing. If I were to summarise "Joone took the money and disappeared". We proactively reached out to your customer service and their answer was "this is not our problem, it's the carrier’s problem, you have to deal with the carrier".
First, it shouldn’t be our responsibility to solve your delivery issue. Second of all, since you didn't send us anything (no tracking number, etc), how can we realistically retrieve an order without those things ?
We are now stuck with a lost order, no news from the carrier, and Joone’s customer service just doesn't give a damn « The package will eventually be returned to us if delivery is impossible or if the retention period has been exceeded ». Really don’t care about helping us

I don’t understand why I have reveived another box of diappers the exact same one that I have ordered a month before and also SAME SIZE so useless to me now since a 3/4 Months old baby grow up super fast !! I didn’t even confirm the subscription and now that I know it is for the same size or diappers I won’t subscribe for sure nothing has been explained!

I was initially drawn in by the way the nappies are made as well as the variety of gorgeous prints. But I’ve become even more impressed by their quality. And it’s nice to have them delivered to you once a month instead of running out to the shops when you’re on the last nappy.

Joone nappies came highly recommended by my sister and her friends in France. 3.5 months and can’t be happier with it. Our little boy is always dry even through the night and no issues with deliveries across the Channel either . Thumbs up

We absolutely love our joone nappies! My little one has had so many issues with nappies in the past, they either leak, cause him to get rashes and one brand has even caused chemical burns! Joone is my far the best I’ve tried, they are so soft and comfortable for shay, super absorbent and the designs are just gorgeous! will definitely be getting again!! Highly recommended xxxx

We love the nappies and liniment. My son never have any rush with them. We love the drawing on the nappies. And the reception of the nappies is very easy, smooth. The uk website is sometimes tricky to understand how to swap products. But the support team is very good so it compensates. I fully support the brand and the clothes are amazing as well.

My best friend who is Paris based recommended Joone as she exclusively used them with her daughter and we were so pleased that Jonne also delivers to the UK and we can use them! Did not know about Joone until now, only because a friend recommended it! beautiful designs and works perfectly, not a single leak for the first two weeks, so far so good. Also the nappy is very soft, like a normal pamper, but doesn't smell like plastic and baby is doing well with rash too, never was a problem but sometimes he would have some little red dots specially when changing him in the morning, not sure if it's the actual nappy or maybe combined the bum lotion I also got from them, love it!

2.5 years of Joone and now we’ve got 2 sets (baby sister arrived last month :) ).
I chose Joone for my son, as they’re the purest nappies on the market and I’m really conscious of endocrine disrupters and chemicals. But they’ve also just turned out to be the most absorbant and efficient. All the times friends have asked “how about nights, do you have nappies that actually don’t leak?”, I’ve just recommended ours because we never had leaks.
To top it off, the customer service is the loveliest.
Thanks for the good things you’re doing to keep our babies safe, and dry ! We wouldn’t change nappies for the world ! (That came out wrong... but you know what I mean :) )
