In our pads you will find:

• organic cotton for both the part that is in contact with the skin and the pad core.
  
• PLA, a starch-based bioplastic produced from corn starch for the wrapping of the pads.
• a little glue made from organic material.
• That's it, no endocrine disruptors, no plastic, no chlorine to bleach them, no perfume. Nada.

The pad is a feminine protection intended for external use only.

- Start by washing your hands.
- Remove the pad wrapper.
- Remove the protective strip at the back of the pad.
- Stick the adhesive part of the pad to your underwear.
- Remove the protective tape from the wings.
- Fold the wings under each side of your underwear. They will prevent the pad from moving, which will be more comfortable.
- Change your pad regularly and depending on your flow. The maximum wearing time is 8 hours.
- When you change your pad, wrap the used pad in your new pad wrapper and place it in the trash along with the paper. Be careful not to throw the pad down the toilet.
- Wash your hands after changing pads.
